We are proud to announce the launch of our new website, app, and company logo as part of the ongoing evolution for the Auto Kings Ltd brand.
Last year we started considering new ways to use the latest web technologies to support and expand our dedication to customer service. The first step is updating our brand. Auto Kings Ltd has no affiliation to KG autos so in an effort to differentiate our brand we decided a fresh new logo was imperative for easier name recognition. With this we aim to present ourselves better and cater you with better product offerings at competitive pricing terms in times to come. With careful consideration we want our logo, brand message, and brand philosophy “APPLY, APPROVE, AWAY” to concisely convey everything that our company stands for. It has to be fundamentally apparent that moving forward Auto Kings Ltd is a registered motor vehicle dealership that prides itself as vehicle finance specialists; and that our platform is simple and easy to use; reliable, informative, efficient; and above all else friendly and customer focused.
Next, we developed a brand new website that reflects our current standards for customers and staff alike and that we offer a more robust platform for a user friendly, hassle free experience and feedback. With a very strategic approach and in keeping with market trends, technologies, future marketing strategies, and most importantly our customer engagement levels, we are excited to announce the new launch of Auto Kings Ltd’s brand new App which is now available on Iphones & Androids from both the App and Play Stores. This new initiative is part of our customer centric framework to help our new and existing clients to keep up to date with the latest information regarding our premium warranty companies, insurance products and claims, promotional campaigns, discount offers, referral programmes, and much more.
At Auto Kings Ltd we pride ourselves with over 25 years experience and we continue to strive to become a market leader in NZ within the motor vehicle industry, servicing the needs of individuals that require our help when applying for vehicle finance. My brother Billy Toopi was the pioneering engineer who founded KG's back in 2015. With his passing in 2017, Auto Kings Ltd will continue to honour his legacy every day by remembering and acting upon his wise insistence that customer focus is the number one driver for Auto Kings Ltd from campaign management, product development, through to sales and service. We redesigned our logo to reflect who we are today and to symbolize our dynamic and unswerving commitment to the industry and our customers.
Our next goal is to use our new infrastructure to increase customer engagement and satisfaction. I am eager to receive customer input for this phase. Please let us know what you want to see–videos, blog posts, webinars, training materials, a more active social media presence—we want to customize the experience to best suit your needs and preferences.
